- If you are receiving medical treatment or are taking medication, always consult your doctor or pharmacist first. Caution is particularly advised when using blood thinners, especially vitamin K antagonists and coumarin derivatives such as Acenocoumarol and Fenprocoumon. Also be careful if you are taking thyroid medication; these can wear off more quickly.
Recommended use:
Start with 1 drop 3 times a day. Spread the drops over the day. Every body is different, so it is recommended to start with a low dose and increase the dose after a few days if desired.
First, drop the oil on a spoon or directly under the tongue and wait 1 minute before swallowing. Max. 10 drops per day. Shake before use.
