    "Over de Zen olie ben ik wel erg enthousiast! Ik had wel heel vaak dat ik vast zat in mijn negatieve gedachten, maar dat heb ik sinds de olie een stuk minder.     "Ik ben erg tevreden met de Lab of Plants Night olie. Eindelijk weer gemakkelijk in slaap komen zonder een uur lang wakker liggen, nu slaap ik bijna direct. Wat ook prettig is, is dat je in een stuk doorslaapt dus je wordt niet meer tussendoor wakker. Je neemt een druppeltje om 19.30 en gaat om 22.30 naar bed. What is CBD oil?

CBD is the abbreviation of Cannabidiol, the scientific name for a substance found in the hemp plant. CBD is one of over 100 different cannabinoids that are formed in the flowers and (to a small extent) in the leaves of the plant.

CBD has no psychoactive effect; you cannot get high or stoned from it. More and more people are choosing the natural effect of CBD to increase their sense of well-being. CBD is not addictive and can be safely taken in high doses (max. 160 mg CBD per day). CBD is a non-toxic substance.

Are there any side effects of hemp oil?

Side effects of hemp oil are rare. Moreover, they are then relatively mild and temporary in nature (for example, a change in appetite, dry mouth or fatigue). Serious side effects have not been demonstrated. Side effects may be related to interactions with medications.

It is important that you use the hemp oils correctly.

This means: start with 1 drop at a time and experience what it does to you. Then you can gradually build up the dosage if desired. You can read extensive instructions in the enclosed user information.

If you experience a side effect, this may be due to the interaction with your medication. Inform your doctor, therapist or pharmacist.

Does it get you high/stoned?

No, the THC content (this is the substance that can make you high/stoned) can be considered negligible in the products. Our products meet the legal requirements.

Can everyone use it?

It is not recommended to use hemp oil during pregnancy or breastfeeding, as there is still too little research on this. If in doubt, ask your doctor, therapist or pharmacist for advice.

In addition, we advise against using the formulas for high blood pressure. In some cases, hemp extracts affect the effect of medications. Caution is advised when combining hemp oil and blood thinners. These are mainly the Vitamin K antagonists and coumarin derivatives. These are on the market under the names Acenocoumarol and Fenprocoumon (coumarins).

Be careful if you are taking thyroid medication. It can wear off faster. If in doubt, consult your doctor or pharmacist. The hemp oils are intended for use by adults.
