14 days cooling-off period
From the moment you receive your order, you have the right to return your product(s) within 14 days. The direct costs of the return shipment are for your own account.

After receipt we will credit the amount within 14 days.

Return procedure
For hygienic reasons, products can only be returned unused and unopened (with seals intact) in their original packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot accept opened products.

Please include the packing slip with your return shipment so that we have your details to refund the purchase amount to you.

Product defective upon receipt
If your item is defective upon receipt, we request that you contact us as soon as possible. We will offer you a suitable solution.
