Complaints procedure
It is of course annoying if you have a complaint about the service, article and/or associated. We kindly ask you to pass on your complaint to us via e-mail.
We will review the complaint and try to resolve it to everyone's satisfaction. We will respond to your complaint within three business days of receipt, if it requires more time, we will inform you.
If for any reason the mediation attempt does not lead to a satisfactory solution, it is possible to submit the dispute to the Disputes Committee (SGC).
