What is the entourage effect?

Each hemp extract has its own 'profile', with different percentages and ratios of cannabinoids, terpenes and other substances. In addition to these substances having their own beneficial effects, there is synergy: the substances can influence or even enhance each other's effects.

This is called the 'entourage effect', which is why full spectrum products are sometimes preferred over administering CBD alone.
